How do I create a custom workout?

Tap the "+" button on the Workouts tab. Set your work and rest durations, number of rounds, and give it a name.

Does the timer work with my screen locked?

The app keeps your screen awake during active workouts so you never miss a phase change.

Is my data stored online?

No. Hyperion Timer is completely offline. All your workouts are stored locally on your device. We collect no data whatsoever.

What are the built-in presets?

Tabata (20s/10s x8), HIIT Classic (40s/20s x10), EMOM (60s x10), and Pyramid (ascending/descending rounds).

The App does not integrate with any third-party services that collect user data. No data is shared with advertisers, analytics providers, or any other external parties.

Children's Privacy

The App does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. The App is rated for ages 4+ and is safe for use by all age groups.
